Mandatory requirements:
• Valid Class A CDL (for U.S. positions)
• At least 23 years of age
• Pass initial road test evaluation
• Pass DOT physical examination
• Pass physical abilities test
• Pass drug screening
• Attend company orientation
• Criminal history reviewed on a case-by-case basis (does not automatically disqualify)
• Clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience (preferred)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Mexico, depending on position
• Safety-focused and responsible professional profile
• TWIC Card (when applicable)
