Requirements
To move forward in the selection process, candidates must meet the following requirements. These are
part of the official hiring process and are required under U.S. transportation regulations.
Mandatory requirements:
• Valid Class A CDL (for U.S. positions)
• At least 23 years of age
• Pass initial road test evaluation
• Pass DOT physical examination
• Pass physical abilities test
• Pass drug screening
• Attend company orientation
• Criminal history reviewed on a case-by-case basis (does not automatically disqualify)
• Clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience (preferred)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Mexico, depending on position
• Safety-focused and responsible professional profile
• TWIC Card (when applicable)
